Cloud Winit Solutions operates a structured Talent Consultancy Programme designed to identify, train, and place high-potential fresh graduates with our network of hiring partners. We invest in candidates from day one — providing technical mentorship, domain-specific training, and interview preparation at no upfront cost to the candidate.
Upon successful placement, the hiring company disburses the candidate's full agreed salary to Cloud Winit Solutions. We then remit the candidate's net compensation directly, after retaining a pre-agreed consultancy service fee. This arrangement covers the cost of training, placement, and ongoing career support provided throughout the programme.
All terms — including the consultancy fee structure, duration, and candidate obligations — are clearly documented and mutually signed before any engagement begins. Transparency and candidate welfare remain our highest priorities.

Candidate Identification & Onboarding
We assess fresh graduates through aptitude and technical screenings, selecting candidates with strong foundational potential across engineering, development, and related disciplines.
Step 02
Structured Training & Mentorship
Candidates undergo a focused training programme covering industry-relevant technical skills, professional communication, and domain knowledge aligned with our hiring partners' requirements.
Step 03
Placement with Hiring Partners
We facilitate placement interviews with our vetted employer network and support candidates through offer negotiation, onboarding, and initial employment. The hiring company remits the agreed salary to Cloud Winit Solutions.
Step 04
Salary Disbursement & Ongoing Support
The candidate receives their net compensation after deduction of the pre-agreed consultancy service fee. We continue to provide career guidance throughout the contractual period.
Programme Terms & Transparency Commitment
- ✓The consultancy fee is agreed upon and signed by both parties prior to the commencement of the programme — there are no hidden deductions.
- ✓The fee is retained from the candidate's monthly salary for a defined contractual period, after which the candidate receives 100% of their compensation directly from the employer.
- ✓Candidates are under no obligation to accept placement and may withdraw from the programme before any offer is accepted.
- ✓The employing company is fully informed of this arrangement. All salary disbursements are processed transparently through Cloud Winit Solutions.
- ✓This programme is not a loan scheme. There are no interest charges, penalties, or financial liabilities beyond the agreed consultancy fee.
